Charmaine Constantine - Director Ms. Constantine has been at SER-Niños Charter School for 12 years. She is committed to making our school the best school ever. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Master’s degree in Education and holds a Texas Superintendent Certificate. She is graduate of San Jacinto College and University of Houston and has 22 years experience as an educator. |
